What are Watch D.O.G.S?  They are Dads Of Great Students!  Watch DOGS are fathers, grandfathers, uncles, and other father-figures who volunteer for at least one day each year at an official Watch D.O.G.S. school.  The Watch D.O.G.S. program has been recognized by the US Department of Education and the Safe School Summit.  Watch D.O.G.S. strives to raise the banner of positive fathering!

 

Wondering what you'll do when you volunteer to come to our school as part of this program?  Well, during the day, Watch D.O.G.S. might read to a class, play, eat lunch with students, watch entrances and hallways, or complete any other assigned activities, such as:
   -Lunch Duty assistance
   -Work Out Wednesdays (Starting in late November) Parents can come and work out
      with their child during PE
   -Assist a teacher
   -Parking Lot Duty assistance
   -Parent chaperones for trips and dances
